Iasisting - Registered Trademark

Through the trademark registration certificate no. 75881 of 27.03.2006, Iasisting became a trademark, its use being protected according to Law 84/1998.

Art.35, letter d of Law 84/1998 allows the trademark owner to request the judicial authorities to forbid to any third parties the use of the trademark notoriety in their business activity without the prior consent of the owner, or to apply it on documents or use it in advertising.
