Environment Consulting

Generalities

Iasisting provides consulting services in the area of environment protection by:

• drafting the required documentation for obtaining the environment agreement/authorization from the National Environmental Protection Agency, according to the Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2005 concerning Environment Protection, approved through Law no. 265/2006, and to the Environment Protection Law no. 137/1995, republished, with subsequent alterations and additions, as well as to Order of the Ministry of Environment and Water Management no. 876/2004.
• submitting the documentation to the Environmental Protection Agency and obtaining the environment agreement/authorization.
  

IASISTING provides businesses advice concerning:

• Keeping records of the company's premises that have an elevated risk of contamination to the environment;
• Establishing the areas where signs need to be installed (areas where waste is stored, chemical hazard areas etc).
• Inspections on the company premises and recommendations regarding prevention and protection measures for soil, water and air;
• Inventory of all the types of waste on the premises.
• Installing appropriate signage on storage areas
• Records of how waste is collected, transported, stored temporarily and removed from the premises according to GO no. 856/2002 regarding the mandatory records on waste management;
• Reporting the findings monthly / quarterly / biannually / annually to the local public authorities.
• Identifying the companies that are authorized to transport, recycle and reuse hazardous waste.
• Checking the validity of contracts closed with companies that are authorized to transport, recycle and reuse the customer's waste.
• Identifying the companies that are authorized to collect samples from air, water and soil when required.
• Performing specialised technical inspections in order to detect infringements of rules/legislation concerning the protection of environment; informing the customer of such infringements;
• Updating the management of the customer company on the changes in the laws regarding this domain and on the methods for implementing these changes in the company.
